Here are the shipping, privacy, and other policies and terms of business of Castle Rock Soap Company when selling and delivering our handmade soaps from our Castle Rock, Colorado location to our customers in the United States.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for orders over $49.00, within the Continental US. We cannot offer this service to residents of Hawai and Alaska, because of additional charges by carriers to deliver to these two states. We do not ship outside of the United States.

PRIVACY

Our system will set a cookie to remember your computer in future, to save your entering details in future transactions - but ONLY if you check the box to request this convenience. We DO NOT keep a record of your credit card number after we have processed your order - this is done for your security - each time you order we will ask you to enter credit card details, even if we recognize you as a returning patron. Thank you for understanding that this protects you.

You should give us a good email address when you order, so that we can send you confirmation, tracking information, and problem-fixes (hopefully rare). We do keep your email address in our records, along with your mailing address, in the way that any merchant would keep records of customers. We do nothing else with this information, however. And we will never, ever, supply your email address to a third-party (except as required by law).

RETURNS

You MUST be satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason just return the item for a full refund or replacement. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping costs, and we must ask you to pay the return shipping.
